First jugs I got had no packing material to keep the contents from beating themselves to death. Second order was good. The extras I bought don't seem to even go with the 2.5 gallon jug. The small mouth top will not even screw into the jugs. The normal tops for the jugs are very hard to get started threading without cross threading them. Very cheaply built when we can't even get the tops to screw onto the jugs. Two of us took several minutes and a dozen tries before finally getting one done
