Auto stop does not work. Poured gas all over feet and ground

Had some ordering questions and used support email, it worked but response time was a few days both times. Should have called but at the time it wasn't convenient.

Buying and shipping were great but the product does not work for whats intended without buying expensive accessories and that puts the total at double your competitors.

The jug works fine. My only issue was the lid cracked and I had to order another one for 20 bucks. Otherwise the jug is useless.

I sincerely hope that TuffJug takes a look at what they are sending out and realizes it needs improvement. Specifically, I ordered 5 gallon fuel jugs, and the threads are to small, or the lids are to big. At any rate they are too loose and ready to strip on day one. The interior rim has flashing and is mis-shapen. The interior of the jugs have all kinds divots, folds and creases. I've never seen a blow-molded product look that bad. You need to get your process in order before you sell them.

Great company fast shipping and they’re located in Idaho. I like to support Idaho whenever I can. I’d move there myself, but I have too many things going on here in the communist state of California so I will continue here to fight on.

Super fast shipping

Not great, broke on first use and was just told I had to submit a warranty claim. A defective item should be immediately replaced without forms, time or cost to your customer.

It leaks when filling my generator

Had to put the vent tube back on two of the three jugs I bought. There is no 3/16” clamp on the vent tube St the fill spout or a clamp inside or outside. Love the idea of filling a tank and not overrunning the tank but theapplicatio versa theory should be thought out more customers should not have to repair almost immediately!
