NOBL locks you in to annual air tag subscriptions, that are unreasonably priced at $195. Do not forget to cancel the subscription before the 14 day trial, it is predatory.

Tracker not included but was advertised to be included.

the luggage quality is fine , its the purchasing experience that falls short. when I received my new luggage I scanned the QR code to get the luggage manual and lock set up instructions ....problem was it just linked me back to the sales page... there was no instruction PDF ...I had to go on Youtube which missed a step causing me to be locked out of the laptop door. then trying to cancel the Nobl Tracking system before the 14 day trial was a nightmare.

Your website promotions are misleading. There is lots of information about the Nobl Air tracking system--the Nobl Air tags are free--I received one that does not work even though I purchased 2 bags--now you are providing 3 free. You really have to search to discover that the air tracking only works with a $195 subscription. You refer to a '14-day free trial' however if your trip isn't within the next 14 days after you receive it, what good is the free trial?

I was dealing with an agent who was giving me a good deal on the 24" check-in luggage. I had already purchased the Carry-on luggage, and the 28" check-in luggage. He had given me 106.00 discount, but something went wrong and I was charged the full amount. When I spoke with the company I was fed a load of sh**! and was offered an 80.00 store credit. I had asked for a refund of the 106.00 to my credit card. To say the least I am disappointed in how they addressed my problem. I will not buy again.

I loved how easy it was to communicate with your customer service. All my questions were answered on depth and the service provided was excellent and fast. A special shout out to Mr. Sam Anderson. Thank you.

You do not stand by your product. Your 100 day guarantee is for unused and unopened packages. Very misleading. My carry on was used with 2 weeks of receipt and broke on the first weekend use. The cup holder snapped off and broke, the telescopic handle continues to jam with the up and down, sticking and awkward. My call to you is riddled with issues: you cannot find my order or email, Chat cannot find it, call cannot find it quickly. Everything is a big mess. I had to submit pictures on t

When I discovered that the carry-on was about 1/2" too big in all dimensions to be accepted as a carry-on on the airline I'm travelling on, I asked to return it. I was told to get a free return label, I had to order another item. I ordered the check in bag and paid the difference. I was told both times I spoke to an agent, that it would take 24-48 hours to get my return label. I still have not received it. The return process has been frustrating. Ordering and receiving items is easy & quick.

Everything else was good, very smooth transaction, quick delivery, very beautiful pair of luggage, the only problem when I received the Big luggage, its box was re-tape, it looks like it was opened. And there was no GIFT CARD as it was mentioned in the purchased description that there should be a GIFT CARD on each items - BAG, CARRY-ON LUGGAGE and MAIN LUGGAGE.
