This luggage definitively solved an age old problem with the hard cased luggage. This is the first I’ve seen that is not just like a trunk case with no compartments. I was skeptical of how it would feel rolling through with it fully filled up. And I have to say the smoothest wheels I've ever used. A bonus is the zip compartment in the lid, the 4 spinner wheels, and the buckle latch and not a zipper.

So I got this suitcase recommended by my coworker we're consultants so you can imagine how much we're on the road. This is a life changer. So light and easy to carry through the airport. The cup holder is the best cause I'm able to get my coffee before those early morning flights. My forever favorite gift. My dad got me this carry on when I started my new job and it's my essential travel item. I'm extremly forgetful and get really big travel anxiety so this has helped me have peace of mind while I'm checking in. I absolutely love the color I haven't had a chance to use them yet but they roll well. Slightly disappointed that they are about 9.5 inches. So I'm not sure if I will be able to use it. As a carry on, or if I will have to check the carry on with Canadian air carriers as their limit is only 9 inches. But all in all, i'm very happy with my purchase

I love the colour of course, but surprised at how heavy it is and that the laptop storage side feels flimsy. I had not overstuffed the case - then when I put my tablet/keyboard combo in the laptop space and closed it, it doesn't really close all the way and it's like the door is bulging. The plastic cover for the case though will be appreciated as I would not want to check it without that protection, particularly for the laptop opening.

I love the design of the carry-on, but it is about a 1/2" in all dimensions to be a carry-on on the airline I am travelling on, so I asked to return it. I was told to get a 'free' return, I'd have to order another product or pay the shipping. I have not yet received the return label; I was told both times I phoned, that the system was down & that to process the return label would take up to 24 - 48 hrs. . The return process clearly isn't easy. Please make this carry on a little bit smaller!!

The product is as advertised- I feel the protective covers are superfluous. They would be a nuisance to deal with when you are on tour and repacking each day. I would prefer a magic eraser for removing the inevitable scuffs. It is a very practical and good looking product!

Great for short trips. Do not expect a full double sided carry on!!! The computer pocket impacts the space allotment. Lightweight; made me question the quality initally; but It is smooth and light through the airport and a dream with the addition of the cup holder, phone deck and built in charge ports (yes, you need to supply your own charger) for convenience. The Weekender bag be a great add on to expand space for a second week of travel!

Your instructions for setting the lock combinations are TERRIBLE - your webiste has no such website portion - it is very difficult to find the instructions - they are buried under questions and answers. ALSO disappointed that the luggage DOES NOT come with a charging device - this needs to be made clearer in the marketing materials.
