Still trying to sort out a billing problem for something I did not order.

I always see this Nobl luggage in the advertisement and I’ve been wanting to buy them but they’re expensive. Lucky me they’re on sale and now I can finally travel with ease and comfort.

This is an overall response, not just for Lifetime Warranty. Carry-on suitcase appears to be very good. Have not used it yet but have thoroughly inspected it. Larger in comparison with my daughter's Monos carry-on. Hope all airlines will accept it, especially in Europe. And hope that your customer service is better than described in on-lind reviews. It was difficult to find the on-line manual but finally did. Am looking forward to several 'bons voyages'.

When I first called about my order, they couldn’t find it. But I got a call and everything was okay and I did receive my bags on time.

I'm confused about the nobl subscription for the tracking tag. From what I read on line I thought it the first year of the subscription came with this overall package. I was wrong as I got an email saying my card was charged $195 as the 14 day free trial is done. I haven't even had my luggage for 14 days. I already have apple tags so don't really need this but figured I'd it was free I would try it. I now have to figure out how to cancel it.

Got a labor day deal.... only disappointment was I thought the deal included NOBL tracking tags, but didn't receive, called & was told there is a $100 annual tracking fee which is why they weren't included. Don't remember reading that as part of the deal?

Ordering was easy and it was delivered in a timely manner.

Delivery was late. When I ordered I was told it would be 3- 5 business days on website. Luggage arrived late so I couldn't use it for the trip I was taking and then I was told I only had 5 day's to return a unopened package while I was out of Canada. I ordered from a Canadian website. Bylaw in Canada you have 30 days to return something in perfect, or non working condition. Shut customer service and basically: we have your money; and you have are products that you don't need now "so beat it"

I had a lot of issues just ordering in the bag. I purchased two weekender bags and the midnight blue one I received does not look like the colour you show online. The Black one I ordered was good. I want to exchange for a different colour but this seems to be an issue as well.
