Easy breezy

I missed the 5 day return window by 1 day and that is only because I was out of town when the luggage arrived. If the delivery guy didn’t leave it at my front door I would have picked it up upon my return. I connected with an agent who was supposed to get back to me and haven’t heard back after following up twice! 5 days is NOT enough time to make a return request.

My customer experience through this purchase process has been terrible! Your online chat has not worked multiple times and my requests via email have gone unanswered multiple times. For the price of the product I expect much better customer service.

I bought the carry on all in one suitcase with weekender bag and compression cubes. Love all the colour choices, it’s super light weight I can hardly wait for my vacation

Customer service would never contact back. I have emailed and I have sent 7 to 8 times on their support chat left my phone number. I was really excited about the bags and I got them, but just unsatisfied that one water bottle was dinged and one cover never showed up. In all my orders, I ordered five water bottles, three weekenders and three carry-on suitcases. Usually for me and my husband, we order through monos we’ve never had any problems like this before.

Easy ordering and regular communication so you are prepared for the arrival. So looking forward to using for my next trip.

Haven’t received my $50 E Gift card for this purchase.

See my response previously. I’ve made two orders with NOBL - purchasing 4 bags in total and both orders have had missing items in them. Like the bags but dislike the customer service. This shouldn’t happen with bags at this price point.

automatic charge 250$ for annual air tag is too much for something that I won't use

Great products but the follow-on marketing is somewhat over the top.

Was not the quality we wanted. Tried to take advantage of the "100 day trial period" and the trial period is only 5 days. The 100 days is to return it after. Not at all thrilled by the deceptive marketing tactics. Was offered $100 cash back. Sketchy company. Would not recommend buying.

product was great but customer service needs improvement

I’m giving this bag to my wife as the external access is not great for me since I also use a backpack, and so this just results in less packing room than my current carry-on. Would love an option that is still zipperless but doesn’t have the extra laptop door, or has a much smaller door for phone, wallet, passport and battery.

Great service. The suitcase arrived shortly after I ordered it, and it was exactly as advertised.

Nice products, but missing (or disappointing) promotional items : I never received the tracking tags that were supposed to come with my order. And the bonus luggage cover aren't worth much : just plain plastic that can easily rip and probably won't last. Not sure I'll ever use them. I guess I'm more disappointed in me falling for that "Buy 1, get these accessories for free!" promo. As they didn't turn at all, or as expected, the amount I paid for the luggages seems hefty. Ah well...

Happy with it so far

Ordered a case. Not of the quality nor colour that i expected. Returned at a cost of $75. Nobl then initiated a tracker that i didn't order, debited my credit card. Case with tracker have been signed for at nobl. Still no credit to my card.

It was great, aside from the inferred promise of a free tracking system. Turns out there’s a free intro period & then you pay dearly. That should be much more clear.

I followed up 3 times with them for the unauthorized charge. They have ignored me the whole time. No customer service

The carryon is an inch too big, airlines made me check the bag so I had to carry the heavy weekender bag because I could not carry on the carry on. Very unhappy.

Seamless

Easy checkout and somewhat easy return. Had some trouble with the AI customer support not being able to look up my order # for some reason. But I was quickly switched over to a live representative, Kyle Butler, who was very efficient and understanding of my concerns.

Luggage nut suitable it’s been returned and so far no refund and no reply to my emails. Please stand behind your product as advertised.
