Trying to return the luggage was a struggle, the Chatbot is suppose to be Live - and responses take 10 to 15 minutes for each. I will be recommending to anyone who will listen, do not buy from NOBL. Product - low quality, not worth the money. The customer service - I have gotten better service at a dollar store. Very disappointed.

Lack of access to customer care with real answers. Chat takes a lot of time to answer simple questions and your screen keeps going dark so they think you have left the chat and close it. Very helpful when you’re buying the item but not so much when you’re trying to return it because of your massive disappointment. I expect that many people just suck it up because it’s too much trouble.

I requested for a return, but no one is replying back to my messages on the NOBL chat . I just want to return it and get my refund

Detailed, but I feel a lot of space is compromised with the passport, iPad compartment. The airline insisted I check the bag...had to haul everything out and find room in my bag to take on the plane.

Airtags missing. Suitcase scratched up upon arrival. Dust cover was ripped and the email that prompts you to respond bounces back stating that nobl no longer offers email support. The link sent in that email took me nowhere. Very disappointing for the price. Would expect entire order to be shipped or at least be able to contact someone about it.

No way to contact a person for after sales service.

I actually accidentally ordered because I my credit card associated with shop. I was trying to use the 135 dollar discount for spending more than 600 dollars. You can imagine my disappointment when the order was not reversible in order to correct my errors.

Tried to stop order as it was the color I wanted. Soon as I purchased it it came up a different color. Zero help from ai that is the only way to contact this company. Horrible experience

Missing items from the bundle they sold as long weekend special; customer rep is a sloppy AI that doesnt know one order from the next and even after bearing with all of that they dont ship you the missing items. Promises to ship but just ignores the whole thing. And the most frustrating thing is that the bags arent even that good at the first look. I purchased because it was advertised as Canadian business; its probably a lie.

Travel case looks well made. Storage isn’t as large as I’d hoped.

Seemless experience

Item came fairly quick.

Would have been 5 stars, except I did not receive an e-gift card as advertised with the product. I had to call to get it but it did come through immediately with the call to Nobl.

I wasn’t satisfied with one of the cases and Nobl went out of their way to make good on it

No phone number. No one answering on the 24/7 Chat. I’m livid and you guys owe me money on a returned item that is in your possession. And has been for 11 days. This is utter garbage.
