I didn’t want the subscription, but I was charged anyway. I’m very disappointed…

Great weekend bag

Wonderful product

This company does not follow through with any of their promises. The luggage is definitely, nice. But it is too big for most airline carry on rules. And be careful as they seem to hit you with a subscription service of some type. Good luck getting ahold of anyone.

I really don't know what to say

It came quickly and the quality is grest

For got to use the discount code and when I called the next morning (submitted the order late evening ) they would not honour the code. The option was to get a $50 e card I settled for a $50 refund. should have had $135

Great customer service when I was having issues with placing an online order. In fact, I actually ended up getting a better deal

Very poor Customer service cannot reach a person on the phone! These actions are not done by a premium company or brand. And now you give free weekender! We just purchased and you make further reductions and all! That is so poor

The suitcase is cute. It's good. I'm looking forward to using it. The product gets 4 stars, but the company is sending too many emails and surveys. Downgraded to 3 stars because it's annoying.

absolute nightmare to deal with this company. never got my refund. never got my second suitcase. spent 1400$ for no reason. will never recommend this company and will never buy from them again

No one is responding about the $50 gift cert that should be included in the deal.
