asking to have my items returned and haven't heard back

It was unclear that I needed to purchase the air tags separately. I have subsequently ordered them and hope they arrive in time for my trip.

the quality of the luggage is not the greatest. I had to return it.

Appreciated the packaging for shipping and ongoing storage.

Original order was lovely, arrival of merchandise was good. Your AI chat feature was awful, the live human chat were difficult but after many attempts we’re able to help me with my concerns and return the subscription service I didn’t order or want.

The colour was exactly as I had hoped. Tons of room. I was worried that it might not fit the overhead bin, but it fot perfectly! I got comments on the carryon (especially with the drink holder)

I did not receive an email confirmation when I made the order. I did not receive an order number. I did not receive an invoice. But my credit card was charged. I prayed the luggage would be delivered and it was by the date the screen said it would be delivered

Haven’t got full order

I received everything in beautiful condition. It was easy to order too. It was the yellow that got me. I absolutely love it. It is so me and it will be easy to spot. I've never seen yellow luggage before!! So happy!!

Terrible customer service felt like I was talking to a computer 90% of the time had to wait and ask if they were still there after 30 and 40 minutes had to contact customer service multiple times we’ll never deal with this company ever and we’ll tell all of my friends who never buy this product

This is minor, my documents indicated 3 day delivery; I assumed that was to me, not so! The delivery company CANPAR; their customer service is less than zero!..

Did not receive additional “complimentary” gifts as advertised but love the luggage.

I got an unrequested email saying I bought some air tags. I bought your luggage and I returned it instantly as poor quality.. now unceremoniously I received an order says I ordered air tags for travel tags or whatever. this is something I didn't order and don't want And I want to be taken off your list permanently remove [email protected]. please let me know that you've done so and thank you for your help

There is absolutely no customer service. Avoid
