The Cubes were as described, however, I mistakenly ordered 2 sets, talked to a rep who said he requested a refund. It did not happen and I was required to pay for 2 sets. Disappointing considering the rep said a refund would occur. I will not order from NOBL again.

Upon receiving my new carryon I was truly excited..that was until I tried it at the airport just to be sure prior to keeping the item..Low and behold it didnt fit and wont fit in the overhear compqrtments of all...ok most of the Canadian carriers, mainly WestJet and Air Canada. I loved the suitcase and the weekender bag but was so disappointed when they arrived and they were the wrong dimensions for Canadian air travel. I was so sad as I loved the colour and the features on the luggage. I had to send them back as I always travel with Air Canada or Westjet and their dimensions are smaller!!!

If a recommendation can be suggested, I would say that the wheels on the case should get some for of shielding as the trip we just took, many bags coming off the carrousel had broken off wheels due to poor baggage handling. For the plastic covers that are part of our package, are these for protection during travel or simply for storage purposes? Ray
