Your product is falsely advertised as having a warranty and a 100 day satisfaction guarantee. The cup holder snapped off and broke in the first use, the telescopic handle jams all the time. Customer service said that the 100 day guarantee is for unopened and unused boxes with your product, which is really no guarantee at all. You do not stand behind your product and I purchased this to use on a few trips and now have nothing to use. Not impressed and falsely promoted.

Arrived scratched! Mentioned wanting to return 6 days after receiving the suitcase; I am told that I missed the 5 DAY WINDOW to ask for a return and nothing can be done for me. Not sure how this is going to provide any protection for the suitcase. The seams are more going to last long and if TSA decides they want to look inside they won't be bothered to put the cover back on as it takes a bit of work to put it on. Is there intention to have this on the checked in suitcase to avoid scratches?

I’m not sure yet as I am using it October 5. 3 plane trip. The advertised measurements don’t include wheels and handle (mentioned elsewhere) and I missed that. It’s clearly oversized for carry on and may need to be checked. Other luggage websites include the whole case wheels included. I did not receive the luggage covers that were promised. I called customer service and emailed but was told Nobl cannot ship them to me because I live in Canada. No where on the site does it say they are not available in Canada. In every cart I make they are there included in what I want to purchase….?? I’ve had these suitcases since July 29, 2026, I bought them specifically for business travel, the separate, locking laptop compartment, provides more security than any other suitcase or bag I own. The compartment takes up 2/3 of the interior packing space, and there is no stretch or any give because they are latch closure instead of zippers (which are great).
