The QR Code attached to the suitcase that was supposed to open up the web page with the instructions on how to use it and how to setup the locks only brought me to the regular home and it was impossible to find any user manual information. I had to run a search on Youtube to find a video posted by a user/buyer. Durability wise, I am afraid that some features like the foldable drink holder and the front "laptop" pop-out pocket may not survive multiple "forced" checked luggage at the gate because...
