This is about the 4th time an order has gone wrong. Items that are the wrong colour, different material than described, or missing items altogether.
The customer service is a joke. They don't respond unless you send several emails repeating your problem and asking for help. Then they send an email promising to help but not actually helping.
I had to chase down every email, being very patient until they just ignored me. PayPal refunded me. Horrible trashy company. Never again
