I am pleased with my ‘bundle’ although some of the fabric is not very inspiring. There is a nice piece of woven herringbone material that will make a nice coat or jacket for the winter. Also included lining fabric for that. There is a crepe in a beige shade that I thought might make a dress or even a beach cover up for my hols. Some black jersey, possible evening dress. The remains fabric is nylon and I will turn that into foldable shopping bags and a cover for my outside parasol.

Wadding was lovely and soft, I would recommend using it again. I also used an extra piece of wadding I had bought previously as I made a pouch and I need more than the kit piece. Material was lovely to work with, I got a button rather than thread and sadly I broke the zip after I had finished sewing my pouch.

The cotton fabric are nice quality not sure of the pattern one Erith a line all down one side looks like the colour will run it looks like the dye has run all the edges. The plain one is nice not sure if there is enough wadding to make a large item will have to see. I love the large popper and button. I'll post when I've decided what to make but a good price for the lot.

It was easy to handle and machined ok on the sewing machine but I couldn't overlock two pieces together on my overlocker. It wasn't a problem because it hand sews beautifully. Got this at a bargain price. Made a simple tube maxi skirt & I’ve got enough left to make a top, jacket or another skirt. Lightweight & no fraying so I didn’t bother with a hem & left it raw - looks fine. Good stretch- would make the skirt tighter next time as it’ll stretch fine for walking. The only slight issue is that the fabric is a little see through if you’ve got light behind you. Would be helpful if the level of transparency could be demonstrated in the photos on the website somehow.

I am very happy with this off white jersey fabric and proud of the top I made with it. However the coral fabric which I really needed is no longer available. It was just missing from the parcel on arrival, no explanation and no replacement. I love this crazy material but at £4.00 for 3 metres I couldn't leave it there. When it arrived it was slightly thicker than my last jersey fabric, so I had to think what I was going to wear it for. I eventually came up with this style of dress, which I can dress up or down. It was easy to machine and doesn't really require ironing. It maintains it's shape well.
