I disliked the way my cotton reels were presented I was expecting them to be in a box as shown in the picture on the site but they arrived all jumbled up and appeared to be thrown into the packaging with no care. My intention was to gift them to a new local sewing group but I don’t want to do that now due to the lack of box. Plus 2 of the reels were ruined because of some dirt and oil on them and 1 black reel was totally cut through so I am down 3 reels as well. I am also missing the extra cot

Customer service, are polite and courteous. I did make a large order, and I understand it would have needed to be picked, packed shipped etc but an update along the way would have been nice, instead of me chasing it up, It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. Fabric is great but considering I ordered multiple different bundles, there was not a whole lot of variety. Almost all of it was the same material, pattern, colour and most of it stretch. Could of been more of a mix. Will buy from again though.
