The Facebook ad claimed I would have a range of colours but this wasn’t true. Communication from the company was fine but lower your expectations of what you are going to receive

Awful all the fabrics where really bag quality

Purchased a 1kg remnant box, it was full of netting fabric that I was unable to use. No cotton, polyester, satin or anything to practise with. Very disappointed.

Really easy web site to use got just what I needed good price

Wrong orders sent out, dreadful communications trying to find out what’s going on. I’m really struggling to rate them highly based on this which is such a shame as I’ve had several orders from them.

Great value fabrics. My third bag of lucky dip remnants wasn't as good as the first two, but just personal preference.

i requested a refund for my items and never received a reply, now im being sent fucking messages to give you a review after you ignored my request for a refund of your shit fabric and thread

Would shop there in the future

I love the anticipation of receiving a bundle of fabric. It was not too long to wait and nicely packed. Sadly the fabric was a let down.

I have never had customer service like this and am still waititng for a reply to my aftercare query. I will not be using this company again.

I think it could be better with more patterns in canvas cotton and linen

Ordering, communication and delivery times were excellent.

No positive response from seller. Just return for a refund. Not a good example of customer service.

I love Pound a Metre! The only complaint I'd have is sometimes the fabric description doesn't match (eg. green paisley is described as blue check or something). I always read the fabric description - buying online without seeing and feeling the fabric, an accurate description and weight is super important! If I feel it is not a correct description I won't buy.

Delivery very quick, selection of materials is fabulous, the white sateen has a few marks on it, but there is so much of it, it's not a problem
