I placed the order on 4th February, and no further communications were given to me until the 14th (after I sent multiple queries). The package arrived on the 18th, and only contained one of the two fabrics I requested. I received 7.5 metres of this fabric, and I had only ordered 3m. I emailed customer service, who took 5 days to respond. I still have to now arrange for the incorrect order to be sent back before I can get a refund and start again ordering for the project I wanted to get finished
