Absolutely awful experience — do NOT buy from this company. I ordered a 1kg bundle and received barely 300g of dirty, unusable fabric scraps. The 30m “print and plain” bundle had no prints at all and the quality was terrible. Order arrived late and customer service does not respond to emails, calls, Instagram or Facebook messages. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

took a month to get here then most of the order was incorrect or didn't arrive. shame as what did arrive was fine for the money. I am still awaiting a reply from your customer services team.

As mentioned I emailed to express my disappointment at the colour of fabric received not being a fair representation and also the colour match thread I received for the pink fabric was not a good match - it was a purple shade. No reply to my email was received.

I didn't get two of the fabrics I paid for, so I ended up showing up at their shop (which was a 30 min trip). They took 10 min to show up, I was just walking the shop alone. Then one of the fabrics I ordered was gone, so I had to choose another one. And then they tried to charge me 3x the price because they said that it was price per meter, even though the title of the fabric said "3 meters". They eventually gave me the 3m fabric after I discussed it. Never coming back.

The order included 10 pieces of fabric, and while they are labeled as 100% cotton, the total amount is nowhere near 10 meters. Some pieces are small squares, and others are rectangles around 40 × 100 cm. A few pieces also arrived dirty or with small defects. In my opinion, the order was not worth the price.

I received totally different fabric from what I ordered. I tried to contact the company but received no response, and of course now the 14 days to return the fabric has already gone. I do not recommend this company.

Didnt recieve fabric and no replies to any of my emails or phone calls. wont be recommending comp or ordering from you again. Will be spreading the word through my sewing community too.
