I have complained about 5 pieces of fabric I have also brought in this same shipment and I have not had a response from yourselves at all ! I also rang but that’s unmanned and message had to be left again no response so I have put it in hands of company I paid through as I wish to return and have refund on fabrics but your just not responding to me

Great fabric and good prices.

I can not state this enough there aught to be more contact with customer , When I contacted them they were apologetic & polite but I did not know my fabric was not available till package arrived . And then charged me postage because the order was one and not two which were free postage . I was part refunded for postage but had to protest first

They use Evri for delivery and they are the worst delivery company ever but had good coms from the business it's self just not evri

My order came in decent time . I was thrilled to see free postage i needed to see if fabric was ok to use . I have more summer pieces in mind now

Shopping was ok, but I was disappointed with the dark and dismal colours in the bundle I received.

So easy to shop with pound a metre beautiful fabrics at fantastic value. It's hard to stop myself buying.

Quite easy to use web site, I did order two more pieces of fabric which didn’t go into basket, or didn’t check out, only the one piece went through. I did ask if I re ordered would I then have to pay more postage, but decided not to bother.

No response from customer service and wrong item received

Fast delivery, one fabric unavailable and I had to chase the refund (that’s why one star deducted) but got the refund without a problem and love the fabrics I received.

Prompt delivery

Too slow. I'm trying to support small business where possible, but the big companies are doing same day dispatch or even same delivery. In comparison, you don't seem to do anything for several days after receiving an order.
