You see you order and it arrives, what more could one want.

I've ordered 3 times so far and twice there have been items missing with no mention of it from the company. This time I emailed and was refunded quickly though, so while it was annoying as I wanted the items, the service was good when I contacted you. Thank you.

I ordered three fabrics. Only two arrived and only one of those was as ordered. The second was a different colour and there was no third at all. Why was there no warning of this? I had to chase P-a-m up. They informed me that the missing one was out of stock, as was the original colour of the wrong one. ONLY THEN was i offered a refund on the missing fabric and a partial refund on the substituted one. I used to LOVE P-a-m. Not so enamoured now. Poor customer service. I HAD TO CHASE THEM UP!

The correct colour but incorrect fabric was delivered. Replacement was sent, correct fabric but incorrect colour. Still waiting for a returns label and refund. Very disappointed with the company I’m afraid 😟
