I researched the machine I wanted very carefully before contacting Singer to place an order. I chose to buy it through Singer and had a very helpful chat with the Singer helpline . I also very much enjoyed the free gifts that came with the machine, although I feel that THE free could have been a bag of sorts to house the sewing machine. Having bought a Bernette, it was a bit disconcerting to have Singer attachments as a free gift. But Im still grateful for the free gifts.
