I was under the impression I would get 30 days of platinum membership for Creativate software - I phoned to ask about this and the guy was unhelpful. The leaflet in the box stated that it was Platinum but I was told I just get basic to “have a look around” and decide what I want to pay for in the future. He wasn’t very friendly or helpful.
