Everything was fine until I contacted customer service. I placed two orders days apart. I received an update on one order a few weeks later. I politely inquired about the status of my second order. I was given a sob story about how the demand was far greater than they anticipated & things were delayed. I followed up a second time. No response. A third time. Radio silence. The planter is great, the service is not.
