Communication was great through the whole process. Questions were answered quickly. I am thinking of getting another one next year and have recommended this company to others.

Easy ordering

We received an email saying that there would be delays with shipping, but that they would try to accommodate people who needed a planter sooner. We live in the north with a relatively short growing season. I didn't expect it, but I thought I'd ask and see if my planter could somehow be sent through sooner. It miraculously showed up weeks before I was expecting it. Was grateful for this.

I have had great service to date with ordering.

I am, assuming since this is a smaller company, these are made as orders come in. When I messaged for an update for delivery, the response was prompt. It arrived just as it said it would when I ordered.

Planter came when they said it would and packaged very well.

Had some issues with my order and it was cancelled without notice then had to reorder.

Excellent shopping experience and choice of products. The one time I had to contact Customer Service for the status of my order got an immediate and satisfying response.

order arrived as promised but it was backordered for a month and I was not told that until after I placed my order. Since it's Shopify I was charged immediately.

Website was easy to use. Order took longer than expected to ship but customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay. Turns out the delay was okay since I delayed planting anything outside due to the cold spring weather.

I was a bit concerned at first. I was truly hoping this was a legitimate company. Thankfully, Cedar Planters makes a great product. They have easy to follow videos, showing you how to assemble the product. And they have a great customer service!

My planter came quickly and in time for me to have it ready to plant when the weather allowed. The cover was shipped separately, which concerned me, but customer service was quick to respond and explained why. They seem to be doing everything right!

We were going on vacation and we're worried about it sitting at the door while we.were away. Sent an e-mail & were told they would do their best & it arrived in plenty of time. Good customer service.

All good ! Very impressed with the company. Loved the video that shows how your products are made. So happy to see a Canadian company doing great work!

great product but slow to deal with problems aise

Took awhile to receive, but worth the wait.

Did not realize it would take 4 weeks to get delivered till I ordered it. Thankfully was not needed right away and did get delivered as they stated. Not all the supplies was provided or manufacturing done to the boards on their behalf was completed.

I was hesitant at first to buy them online. I am happy with my purchase.
