If even a little bit of concern or help had been offered when I contacted the company prior to Christmas, I would have been much more understanding. Unfortunately, I was just brushed off and the blame was pushed onto the carrier. However, if you as a company offer a Christmas guarantee, that is on the company and should be honored, even if just in part.
