The pros: unlimited design adjustments, overall creative idea, holiday sale promo.
Cons: lack of design aesthetic and attention to detail-examples; I had to send my designs back a few times because the wrong flower/months were used and I have two family members with the same birth month. They used the same flower rather than picking the other month option. Incorrect spelling for a name.
