The design process was easy, reviewing proof - we sent it back once and got a new proof the next day. Both pictures came matted and framed, and shipped securely and safely. It was easy to hang and the pop of color is so great in our dining room. We left off the names, but we know who each one represents and the personalization and memories of family are so meaningful to us.

the final product is beautiful. the back and forth review process was easy and efficient. the frame is a little cheap (the corners were dinged. chips of black missing, so i sharpie markered the corners.) looks sweet and meaningful in my office!
