Customer service is terrible. Portrait showed up with the wrong names on it. No reply through any of their contact information, which was impossible to find because the help center on the website doesn’t work. No email reply, no Facebook messenger reply, and the phone number isn’t accepting calls. Ruined Mother’s Day for my wife. Would not recommend to anyone.

They were communicative and wonderful.

Your communication as a whole is horrible. I never was responded to in emails. My prints don’t look like the previews. Never could get anyone to reply to me then got sent the pictures with no approval from me. Would never recommend your company to anyone.

I looked at prints a number of times, and changes were made to the flowers and where they sat in the bouque

Received the wrong print and can't get a response from the help team and there is no number to call.

I kept asking for specific edits to the design and whoever was doing the revisions obviously wasn’t paying attention. Then I got an email saying I had 2 days left to review but no final notice it was sent to be auto approved so the final picture wasn’t at all what I asked for and I didn’t get to catch it because my timer ran out. Unsure why there shouldn’t be a final approval notice when we already paid for the item.

I just received my print (order #CS22190) and it is the incorrect size. I was suppose to receive the 18x24 print and it arrived as 12x16. I don’t know how this happened. You will see my subtotal is $75 (which is the cost of the 18x24 print), but I received the 12x16. Please help, this is for my wife’s first Mother’s Day and I’m really trying to make it special for her.
