Love it!! Was easy to edit with the creator… once I got the proof I requested edits a couple times (due to my indecisiveness, not their effort) I had the print finalized within an hour or so. Two days later the picture was at my door!! A VERY quick process with excellent quality and beautiful prints! Highly recommend if you want to give a sentimental gift that is sure to cause a couple tears!

The print approval process was helpful - there was an error but it was fixed in the second proof! There was also a mix up in production and the wrong print/frame were sent to me by mistake. Overall I love the picture. My only complaint was I had to take apart the framing because the protection plastic was still on the inside of the frame cover (it's not glass) and the print itself then had to be adhered to the foam backing. I would have expected a complete project.
