We have not received our delivery. We ordered on December 29th. I had an email to say we would have the delivery by Friday 2nd January but it still has not been delivered. Please could you let me know asap when delivery will be or send out another box as our da bit is totally out of hay now. We have never had an issue with your company before so this is disappointing.

Loved the Hay Box and the quality is amazing but please don’t use DX Express for delivery as they failed to deliver twice ( annoyingly when it was already out for delivery as per the text) and it was such a struggle to get hold of anyone to find out why they didn’t deliver? Had to buy some store Hay as wasn’t sure what was happening.
