I order hay (usually monthly) as I need it for my Fluffle, the timothy blend is the only thing I have found my picky rescue quad will eat. Hand packed, dust extracted and delivered to my door. And it works out more economical with a better quality than what I can get at the local pet shops.

Very poor service since the change of delivery company. On a £70 order I have only receved £17 pounds worth of hay( 1 bag) I have used haybox for a few years now spending £70 to £100 plus a month on hay, forage mixes, and enrichment toys. All in i spend about £1, 000 a year. The last 3 months the company have let me down with delivery's, DX are a absolutely awful company. So this month 3 emails later and no reply so I have sent another email. I won't be ordering from haybox again. HB672244

I love the hay and have been buying from Hay Box for many years, but recently the rising shipping costs have been noticeable. That alone is fine, however this time I was extremely disappointed. A 2–3 day delivery took 7 days, with no explanation, and my rabbits suffered because they were left without fresh hay. I really hope this was a one-off issue, because this experience has shaken my confidence in ordering again.
