Second time I order hay from hay box. First time was 5 kg and now 2.5 kg because I don't have so much space. I would like to have the option of ordering 5kg in two boxes as it's easier to storage.

Delivery is not as good as the previous one as the box was left downstairs instead of deliver to the door. I know it’s 10kg but I’ve paid £4 for delivery and I can lift this no problem. Can we have an option to choose delivery service company so they will consider loosing customers if cut corners?
