Taster pack was good as my bunnies usually like the thicker stemmed Timothy hay, which I purchased a box off along with the taster pack but getting this pack has shown they like the softer cut more! It’s lovely and green, unlike my current suppliers hay, which is brown. My test; The first 3 green hays are from haybox, the fourth one which is browner is the other suppliers hay, they still eat that one but not as much as the green soft cut Timothy hay

I've been a bit disappointed with other 'dustfree' brands reducing in quality, so seeing such a lovely quality hay that was green, fresh, dust free, as much as possible, AND smelt delicious was wonderful!
When I put it out, there were some excited 'wheeks' and even two popcorns! That to me is a win for the hay!

Also brought a wooden log for them which is excellent quality.
Easy to use site I got my delivery the very next day.
In my view the hay is far superior to what is bagged up in pet shops.

Haybox is by far the best hay out there, I’ve been using it for five years now and never had an issue. Hay is always fresh and green and long strands. I’ve tried many other online brands and never have got the same quality as this, it’s always brown and stringy! This is Beanie he's 11 yrs old! His favourite nibbles are the dandelion roots (although he also loves the dried forage botanical blend and rose petals are favourites). My rabbit will eat anything but when it comes to hay he needs the best for his teeth and guts. So, when I got a cheaper bag from a local pet shop I worried it was not rough enough. My piggies love the hay from haybox. I ordered the Timothy blend hay, it was a bit more crunchy than I expected, I dunno if ive received the right hay or not as there isn’t much soft bits but none the less the piggies jump straight in their litter box to munch away into the wee hours of the morning. They aren’t fond of the pellets I ordered, they prefer the ones they were on originally from pets at home but im determined to get them off of filler ingredients!
