I have been purchasing my Guinea pigs hay now for roughly 6/7 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I buy orchard hay and it always smells lovely and fresh. My piggies love it so much so they have become very fussy with their hay over the years ( even have to take their own hay to boarding when on holiday).
Customer service is second to none. If you have a problem it is never an issue and is put right straightaway. Best hay and customer service as always in my opinion. Would definitely recommend...

We always use HayBox , we usually go for the Blend Timothy Hay, full of fibre and perfect for our little balls of floof. They love it & always go straight to it when I top it up 2-3x a day. Floki & Rollo are BIG fans ! Very little dust, compared to other leading brands ( we used to spend a lot more for less ) and the quality is brilliant.

The best hay in our rabbits opinion, they won’t eat any other company’s and it’s not usually as fresh as haybox, it’s excellent quality and the delivery times are much faster again. They also loved the taster packs and they ate it straight from the paper bags. A generous amount is also put in the taster bags for them both to try, they now love the soft Timothy hay too after sampling it, which we’ve now ordered. 🐇🐇😊

Florence and Luca love this hay! It's far superior to many I have tried in the past. It smells fresh, clean and there's no dust. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others and the service/delivery is excellent. They also have the Timothy hay and straw - both are equally good. Here they are surrounded by a selection of Haybox hays and munching on the dandelion roots (which go down far too quickly!).

My picky boy loves Timothy hay blend! My rabbits are always excited with daily hay change. Also my older girl had dental issues due to her age and this is the only hay that managed to keep her teeth trimmed. I tried other brands and nothing worked well until I ordered this hay. I think the quality, smell, fast delivery and how well hay is packed with care it deserves 5 stars. Definitely will continue to order this hay for my rabbits 🙂.

my two love this hay! i was advised by my vet bubbles may have hay fever (hilarious) so suggested i soak the hay in water, however, i wanted to see if there was an easier solution. my work colleague recommended haybox to me & i saw the meadow hay was dust free so i thought i might as well try it. this is my second order now & bubbles’ sneezing/heavy breathing has reduced drastically. will continue to purchase.
