I was satisfied with the RONE company , however I was very disappointed with its delivery company which was DHL . DHL confirmed via email my product was “delivered” on to my porch. Even displayed a date & time but that was false! So I started to reorder or money back process with RONE . RONE was very helpful. They told me sometimes delivery companies say a delivery was made when it really hasn’t been made . RONE told me give it a day or 2 . That’s unacceptable from any company. (DHL) love RONE !
