Purchased this to try as pre workout for Crossfit. Loved how this did not upset my stomach and how easy it was to carry around in pouches. I can eat almost anything and this was an acquired taste for me. First packet did not taste well and since then has improved. I've also mixed this in 4oz of warm water yielding less bitter taste. All in all I will definitely be recommending this product!

Amazing product! I'm a honey lover so when I noticed Rone SuperCharge Honey Packets, I jumped all over them. Sure enough, they're everything I thought they'd be and more. I workout hard 5 days a week so getting a clean energy boost in the form of honey and other natural ingredients - you can't beat it. I'm also a salt and mushroom lover so this is as good as it gets for me. I'll be ordering more when I start running low, no doubt about it.

I use RONE to train and fuel endurance races. I recently completed my first ultra-marathon in Silverton, CO. I took two servings raw before the race start, along with 3 PB & RONE sandwiches during the race. They kept me running strong and I was able to finish in my goal time of under 6 hours. I highly recommend RONE as a pre-workout or fuel source for any type of activity.

I have to say that this really did work for me. I took one before my workout and it gave me energy for the whole time. The flavor is a bit different but once you get past that it’s not so bad. Another plus is that the packets are small enough to fit in your pocket.

Absolutely addicted to these. All three flavors are bomb, and you don’t get any detectable taste from the mushrooms (a good thing, lol). I’ve been switching to one of these packets in the afternoon over an energy drink for a little 2 PM bump, and it’s been fantastic. Best of all, it doesn’t impact my sleep having the caffeine in the afternoon, and the energy + focus really helps. Only negative note is that it’s actually hard just having one at a time because they’re so damn good lol.
