Update to the original review below. The customer service of this company is second to none, they reached out to me almost immediately after i posted my review and did everything they could to make me a happy customer. Rone is amazing.
The product is great, love that its healthy and provides a boost when needed. My complaint is out of 3 bags ordered 1 was a mess inside and the packets were all sticky and covered in honey...very messy.

When we opened the main bag there was honey coating pretty much all the little bags inside. It was incredibly sticky and a mess. I am not sure how we are supposed to throw these in a gym bag or a lunchbox and not make a mess if this is how all these come from this company. I should not have honey stickiness all over the outside of all the little individual packets right from the factory. It's gross. Just being honest.
