Something has clearly changed with your formula. I’ve been ordering this honey for approximately two years. For the past year and a half, the honey had a gritty texture, which I assumed came from the pink Himalayan salt. That texture and flavor were a big part of what I loved about the product. Unfortunately, the honey in my most recent order is very runny and doesn’t taste like it contains the same ingredients or follows the same recipe.
