I love these jugs! I haven’t bought anything late since I purchased my first one from them. I own probably 10 5 gallon and 5 of the 2.5 gallons jugs. They are great! They pour gas way faster than any other jugs I have had. Although in my last order I didn’t receive one of my caps and hoses.

We made a trip to Sand Hollow state park and used our tuff jug for the first time it worked like a charm. The only issue was that it is too tall to fit in the back of the pick up truck with the tonneau cover. On the drive we strapped then to the trailer but didn't want to leave them there while we were on the trails. We are missing the electric transfer pump but customer service is helping with that. So far it is a great product.

Actually bought them for my 76 year old still independent mother. She was having trouble with the big 5 gallon "junk" jugs she had. So I gave her the 2.5 gallon n one I had purchased to see if she liked it 1st use she told me she wanted 3 more..Just the ease of use and design made it so much easier for her. Only complaint I have at all is that a day after I bought my two 5 gallon tuff jugs I got an email about a deal where you buy two jugs and get a transfer pump for $39 or something like that. Tried to see if I could get the deal prorated and got *crickets*. Oh well. Still a good product

Underwhelming in performance. Yes the vent tube is routed through the handle. It leaks at times even though everything is good and tight. Seems to be coming from where the top pushes in. It is easier than the long spout as I just put it on my zero turn tank and I don’t have to really hold and weight. It works but not perfect.

The ripper cap is great for a lot of equipment but I also ordered the auto stop spout when I placed my order. Even after contacting customer support multiple times they still haven’t gotten back to me in almost three weeks. My order was placed on 8-4-26, today’s date is 8-27-26. With this issue I would recommend returning the full order if there is any items left out of your order.

I only use septer cans They are made in Canada. That’s what I’ve used for a very long time but I thought I’d give these smaller ones to try to see how they hold up. They’re not scepter cans. They’re not as thick or sturdy, but we’ll see time will tell how well they hold up just not sure yet. I’m new to them. I do like the auto stop in the spout features. I hope they made the O-rings out of Vuitton that way they won’t rot out.

I placed an order for a 5gal Tuff Jug about 10 days ago and got it within a timely manner! Somehow the spout cap was missing, so I reached out to the support email and they responded the next day and had me set up with a warranty claim and processed it and sent me a pack of 4 all within a few days! I’ve been waiting on the ripper cap for a while and it was worth the wait! It works awesome with my tractor. I have a zero turn mower it will not work on it. The mower has a big enough opening but it gets smaller going in the tank. But it works great with my portable generator. If you are getting something for a jd mower get the gas cans with the long tube.

Love my 2.5. Only thing i dont like is i use it for my small equipment; weed wackers, blower, edger. The hose is too big to fit down into the fuel tanks so the auto stop feature doesnt work. With the longer flexable hose though compared to a traditional gas tank it is still much more efficient to use.

Works as advertised – this is an awesome product. I purchased two 5 gallon jugs in forest green. I like the color less conspicuous than the red. The auto-stop spout is a perfect length and works great also. Works much better than what I previously used and I would definity recommend this product to anyone considering purchasing a gas can.

I love that it's simple, spill proof, has an internal vent, and empties very quickly!!! The only SMALLEST of criticisms is that there are a lot of threads on the cap so it takes more time to screw and unscrew the cap and you have to be careful not to cross thread it. With that said I bought 1 originally, then bought 2 more, and will be buying more in the future to replace all of my JP racing jugs. This is definitely a much better user friendly product.
