When I made the original purchase I attempted to get the offers presented, when attempting to enter the promo and following instructions on website I received the order without the promo. I reached back out and you honored the promo but I had to pay another shipping fee that could have been completely avoided with the 1st purchase so it was a headache. Then to receive it and not be happy

Jug is taller than other jugs i have and tips over easier. No good way to tie it down to keep it upright. Other jugs have a finger hold on the bottom of the jug so that it is easier to lift to pour and this one does not. The rate that this jug pours is slower than a regular cented jug
