I order one piece of luggage that was delivered without a manual for instructions for the locks. A QR code linked to their sales page. Unacceptable!
Secondly, I have wanted to return another piece of luggage I ordered, but the Al Assistant they had couldn’t find my order!! When I sent an email, no one answered my email. My last effort will be to call them directly to resolve this. Very disappointed by their inhuman customer service support.

This carry-on is cheaply made and not worth over $300. The button to open the computer compartment is very fragile. The cup holder, which is one of the features that drew me to this luggage is very disappointing. It is difficult to open and it is also very poor plastic that will break very easily. The shell of the case is not good quality.
The wheels seem to be good. I would not recommend this to anyone as the quality is not equal to the price.

I found the quality of the material to be cheap Chinese. I already own a better piece of luggage. I didn’t return it cause I’m just going to give it to my son. He doesn’t have a carry on also I will not be placing any other orders for your product I would not recommend your product to anyone. You say you’re Canadian, but it’s definitely a maid in China product.

I didn’t love the quality for the price I paid and the size exceeds the carryon specifications for international travel. I am extremely unhappy with customer service.
