The bag was not what I expected. The return process has been extremely difficult. There is no one to talk to and the Chatbot just turned the chat off when I asked about returns. I would not purchase again

The Air Tracker subscription is a scam, I was unknowingly charged $195 after the 14 day ‘trial period’ ended. Customer Service is all AI, won’t provide a refund even though the charge was issued less than 24 hours ago. I regret my purchases with NOBL.

I reviewed the order yesterday. I was disappointed that I did not receive the refund that was requested by your rep. I had to pay for 2 if the same item that I had mistakenly ordered. As I said before, I will not be ordering anything from NOBL in the future. Also, I could not use my $50. e-card, even though I submitted with the order. I would appreciate a response to my reviews. The "free nobl air" subscription was a 14 day trial. Then I was charged for a full year. I couldn't "log in" to manage the subscription or even pair my Nobl Air. Ive contacted customer service and havent gotten a solution yet. Don't advertise a free subscription when its only a trial.

My noble AirTags are not working. They successfully or Bluetooth to my phone and they worked back in Canada before I left. Now that we are in Europe, they are not working so it seems like a waste of money and is a big disappointment.

If the tag were self sufficient that would be fine. Charging an amount of 195.00 per year is rather high for being used 3 to 4 times a year for tracking purposes. I think I would rather take my chances. This is my own opinion and has not been solicited.

Lovely quality, just a bit concerned about the claims it will fit under the seat. Where do our feet go on smaller planes?
