Very happy with my purchase! It is sturdy, looks good and the wheels are smooth! Anxious to try it out on our next trip to a sunny destination.

Very sold material, very nice color and fashion design, however I remove 1 start due to the small container inside.

Love the colour and lock system. Easy to roll! Thought large would have a cup holder or charging port. :(

I chose silver which turned out to be shiny which I don't like. If I can exchange for black how would I go about doing that. thank you

Cheap junk. And when you scan the QR for instructions to set the locks all you get is directed to your website to buy more of your garbage

I don’t like anything with a subscription especially at 200 per year. I prefer to choose this not because it was automatically charged.

I can’t believe you charge money for that “dust cover”. I thought it was part of the packaging when it arrived. Very underwhelming.

I was really excited for it, but the interior clasp broke the first day I used it. Definitely disappointed for the price paid.

The tag does not work, it keeps saying updating and will not update. The APP freezes and have tried to contact customer support to no avail.

The carry-on is really beautyfull but it arrived damaged. After 2 weeks i'm still waiting to get a label to exchange it!

The case is not within size allowed for carry on. I now have a case I cannot use. Very frustrating and I’m very unhappy.

I like my suitcase but the colour isn’t quite as nice as I had hoped.

I didn’t get the AirTag The luggage is smaller in space inside than most carry on’s and I have issues fitting it in the overhead. It’s not ideal

I reurned the day I got the luggage…too large. I have no opinion on whether it is good or bad

Would rather have a stretch-fit cover. The cover is too loose and corners will get ripped to shreds when luggage is placed in the cargo hole.

I have not used the luggage yet. Looks good, cup holder is a little flimsy. Otherwise so far so good

To be perfectly honest I did not even open this luggage as I was extremely disappointed with the carryon luggage. I wanted a matching set.

Automatically charged my CC, stated my free trial was during the shipping phase. Impossible to find someone to try and get reimbursed. Very expensive service if you travel infrequently.
