I wanted to return it. Spoke on two chats for help and each one dropped the chat with no resolution to how to return it and get a refund.

We did not receive the keys to open the luggages nor the fob thing to locate the luggages. We sent an email and still no answers from your company.

When I applied the code for the $50 gift card it didn’t apply it to the items in the cart - the luggage’s tag and the air tag.

Broken bag arrived. No response upon my immediate effort to contact. Now stuck with a broken bag. It’s a scam site. Don’t order

The gift certificate is nice. But for anything under $100.00 there is a shipping fee. So its actually only $30.00

I find it awkward, bulky and too difficult to lift in overhead storage on aircraft. Very uncomfortable to manage. Will be returning it.

I did not see that it was a paid subscription that would start automatically. Should be more obvious with more stopping/warning before subscription is automatically done.
