I accidentally ordered through shop as I clicked to see the breakdown of the cart (see which funds it was charging and breakdown of discounts etc…) and it ordered it and have had the go around since April it is now October with still no resolution just circular conversations after it was lost in shipping took awhile to even get a return shipping label. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Based on my experience I don’t think the warranty would be worth anything as nothing get resolved.

This was advertised as a "bonus" with order and the $195 charge came 2 weeks later and unexpectedly. Really poor business practice and will do the company more harm than good.

Let’s hope I won’t need to use a warranty

It is very nice looking and I like the locks. However, it is very heavy. The cup holder is very flimsy plastic and is going to break which I’ve learned is an issue and is not covered by warranty. It is too large as a carry-on for many airlines including Air Canada. It was a gift, delivered 2 days ago and I’ve tried to initiate a return through their chatbot but it won’t reply.

Inside volume is too limited Bigger than TSA approved luggage specifications Parts cheaply made. Return process is too stressful. . Cup holder not sturdy enough. It can break easily.

Boasting a Canadian product but that is made in China it looks and feels very cheaply made I feel totally ripped off. .

The suitcase seems good. I will use it for the first time this week. The overnight bag is a bit too large for my liking.

The color blue was not as I expected. Thought more midnight blue to match my other luggage. Otherwise met expectations and have not used yet

The packing cubes are not as good as other similarly-priced cubes. They are okay, but not great. The zippers are inferior quality as well as the material.
