Beautiful carry on suitcase. Holds a lot. I gave it three stars because on my trip home I was told I had to put it in cargo. It was too big for that plane. You should get the measurement requirements for carry on on both flights ahead of time.

Haven’t used them yet but will be at the end of September. The feel of the suitcases worries me a bit as the plastics seem very brittle and very likely to crack if thrown about as they usually are in the airport loading areas. But we shall see. I really like the weekender bag and looking forward to using it. Some of the reviews of NOBL customer service also worries me and I’m really hoping I don’t have any issues

Make it fit the carry on requirements. The cabin door for the overhead luggage would not shut as the wheels make the item too long by approx 1 inch. I fly domestically and this was a hige purchase for me. This is my first flight. I had reservations after I measured the suitcase. Turns out I was correct in my suspicion. Beware! The carry on luggage is larger than the standard dimensions for most airlines is 22 x 14 x 9, including the wheels and handle. Of major airlines worldwide , only 25-35% would accept this carry on luggage. Unacceptable! Im trying to teach out to NOBL so I can return my luggage set, but that has been difficult. They do not offer email support, only chat.

Your customer service is lacking. I have called twice and each time it took plus 30 minutes for an agent to answer. It’s been a week and I’m still waiting on directions on how to return my damaged luggage. I called shortly after our first leg of our trip to report the damage (top handle area bent open and this was the first time using this luggage) and still no clear answer.
