My suitcases was so flimsy that I returned mine. There are lots of luggage made of better quality materials out there - even the interior was not great.. I don't doubt your warranty is fine, I have no issues with that, so far. What I do have issues with is the return policy. Very ambiguous to say the least. Your 100 day try it or return it is total BS.
