You could improve by following the ideals you put forth. We bought luggage, the first time we went to use it, we were kit allowed the carry one on the plane due to their size. We were told this would not be a problem. The 100 day return is only valid if you don’t use it? How would you know of you liked it, if it worked etc.. if you did t try it. So we are stuck with luggage we cannot use. We bought monos, better quality, better service and it fit.

When we received the bags we felt that the 28” bag is too big for us. It will quite easily surpass airline weight limitations and not fit in smaller cars in some areas of the world. Your return policy is completely unethical. I was completely unaware that I had to initiate the return within 5 days to qualify for the 100 Day return policy. Now I’m stuck with a suitcase I do not want and can’t return because of your unethical disclosure of your return policy

I have asked for a shipping label to return the luggage numerous times, since it isnt as I was expecting, and I have received nothing from Nobl. No explanation, no information on how to do the return, no attention to your own policy of returns, no response of any kind despite my numerous attempts.

Item was sent and my credit card debited after I returned the item. I also returned a suitcase. It was signed for by the company. 'Still awaiting a credit. Nobl no longer monitors its email and responses to nobl 'ichat' take loooong time.

Customer service is horrible and expected delivery date was not met and returns because of this impossible. 5 day's they said for an unopened package and meanwhile I am in another Country without my new luggage. Pathetic company and even worse customer service

I have requested a return for my item, but my customer experience with a response to my request has been terrible! I have had to follow-up three times to my request and still have not received any response. The suitcase quality is not what I was expecting and I do not like that it only closes with clips and locks - this is my reason for requesting a return.
