I am very satisfied with my printer. It arrived as described in excellent condition. It's been a pleasure, exploring all of its things, potential uses. I recommend getting the higher one inch sized machine because you can go max 1 inch or smaller. You can pick a print size up and down the size scale. I also recommend getting the optional box with the printer. It has a delicate touch screen and should be protected when not in use.

Used it today for the first time at a Veterans event, worked exactly as expected. The metal alignment plate was the perfect accessory to align the text on our forms. The card stock doesnt always run through a standard printer with out issues, this is the right tool. Easy to operate and understand only required one test print. Would certainly recommend.

It works excellent, it is very easy to use and the printing is very clear. It prints in plastic, paper, aluminum, among other surfaces, even on surfaces that are not even, with some details but reads perfectly. Fully recommended. Also, the shipment was very fast and the printer arrived earlier than expected.

This printer is a handy little sucker. It does a lot more than I’ve messed with so far.
Do not try to operate this device or go pushing buttons until you read the book and watch the QR code video so you don’t change something and not know how to get back.
I’ll save you a bad review rant because you still didn’t read the book.

We bought this print peak printer as we have a sauce company ( Saucily ) and we were having to write the best before date on every pouch of sauce by hand. Not only was it time consuming writing on each pouch we had to wait for the ink to dry which was up to 45 minutes at times. The printer overall is great! I use their advice and store the cartridge after each use to preserve the ink. I do notice streaks on the print after I take the cartridge cover off again, but I just wipe the cartridge with a micro fiber. Not sure If I am doing something wrong there. Overall excellent product and exactly what I needed

Service Review: It was a good seamless experience. My printer arrived and worked beautifully.
The quality of print is decent for our use.
After multiple use it needs recalibration which is very simple.
The only little bug i found is that I often have to reload the logo into the machine.
Besides that its a great tool. Happy with my purchase. Hope the machine lasts.

Perfect bit of kit. Great quality unit and will do so much. we have been using label printers 4 times more expensive and this cheap printer is so much better. It will do so much with a very simple to use app. Where has this been. So glad I found it. I have ordered some more and a load of labels for our engineers.

Great little printer, easy to understand and make new template to print . The print quality is fantastic and when the paint dries you can't get it off with a chisel let alone have it was off.. overall, best printer i ever purchased. For labeling things its da bomb baby!

I can now personalize my packaging and delivery by printing my brand. Now, it doesn’t look like it is just a generic plastic, box, or container! This is an amazing printer. Great customer service too. I had a problem with my other printer I purchased from them, and they went and above to resolve that issue.

Print Peak customer support is awesome. I received the first handheld ink jet printer and it was defective at the cartridge lock. I emailed them and sent them a video showing the issue. They didn’t hesitate to send me a replacement unit and it works great! I’ll definitely use them again when I need another unit for the field.

simple d'utilisation! nous l'avons utiliser pour l'instant sur du papier et du métal et cela fonctionne très bien !
seul reproche à faire c'est sur le suivi de la commande car on nous a envoyé un lien colissimo mais avant ça il y a un long trajet en avion qui n'est pas tracé sans faire une demande au SAV.
