At fist I was disappointed as the two guns didn't work. But once I worked out how to reset them they worked great. May be in you instuction manual you should put how to reset them just in case some else has the same problem. But very happy with them now

Heute kam das Paket, deutlich früher als erwartet. Nach kurzem Ausprobieren hatte ich unsere Logos importiert und Texte angelegt. Seitdem laufe ich grinsend durchs Lager und beschrifte alles, was nicht niet- und nagelfest ist. Sensationell, bin total begeistert! :D

I calibrated it and tried. It is wonderful! It is very easy. They sent a guide for using. So, everything is understandable. Thank you very much. I received it very quickly. I recommend everyone.

Everything is great, everything works, you can download a small graphic file JPEG or you can type text, there is a Russian language and a USB flash drive included, everything is as in the picture and in the description!

It was an awesome product, it prints on almost every surface I just need to get a white color ink for dark surfaces.

Great for what we need it for, the only issue is on one the spring that locks in the cartridge broke off after second use. Otherwise prints very good.
