Again I need the ink I ordered with the device to even use the product.

I expected my original order to be shipped from a state-side location. It shipped from China and took much longer than expected. I lost a potential client over it.

It took weeks to get here. Received black ink after a week, the printer after 2-3 weeks, and the white cartridge shortly after.

If you print shipping labels or run a small business You don’t know you how much need this, but you do.. even if you just print on everything in your house, I printed on granite, glass, metal, cardboard, even got product tissue paper and printed my logo with no bleed ! People want $1 a sheet for that…

Order not received yet – hoping for a solution I placed an order for these ink cartridges in May 2025 (Order number: PP_11615), but unfortunately I haven’t received them yet. The expected delivery date has passed, and I’m still waiting. I’ve reached out to customer service and I truly hope to get an update or a possible reshipment soon. The product seems to have good reviews and I’d really like to try it — I just need some help resolving this issue. Thank you in advance for your support.

You are a scam company. I havent heard back on my return request and you call from numbers that no one can call back.
