I recently ordered the 25-rose bouquet for $123. I’ve ordered from you before, including last Valentine’s Day and on other occasions, and have always been happy with the quality and presentation. I arrived at 11:30AM to pick up my order and was informed that my order wasn’t ready but would be arriving in the next delivery which would arrive in 20 minutes. I placed an order to be delivered locally in Miami. It was extrange that I received a UPS notification my flowers were being shipped. When I called and explained the situation, the CSR told me he could see the correct shipping address I entered in the order instructions and he changed it.
